Added 'Loans' feature to item pages. 'Loans' allows a content administrator to indicate that a piece of music has been loaned to another library or individual in its entirety. As part of creating this feature, the 'on loan' status is now included by default in all searches and the 'on loan' status can no longer be selected by a user without using the 'Loans' system.

Added Multi-Library Search feature, allowing library users to search contents of other libraries within the same subscription. Content Admins can opt out of being included in searches entirely, or they may only be included in searches from libraries of the same type.
